New Texas Dealership Building One of First With Honda’s 'Blue Stage' Design

Fort Worth-based Speed Fab-Crete finished construction on the new 41,688-square-foot Classic Honda of Midland dealership in Midland, Texas. The facility, at 400 South Loop 250 W, replaces the dealership’s former site on West Wall Street.

First of Its Kind in U.S. and Midland Development

The project is one of the first in the U.S. to feature Honda’s new “Blue Stage” Generation 4 prototype design concept. It is also the first development within Midland’s Westridge Park Addition, on the west side of Loop 250 south of Thomason Drive.

The project covers seven acres and includes:

  • A 36,869-square-foot, two-story main dealership building

  • A 3,343-square-foot preowned-vehicle facility

  • A 1,476-square-foot car wash

Facility Features

The dealership incorporates:

  • Floor-to-ceiling glass showroom with Honda’s signature blue entry frame

  • Cantilevered canopy and concrete plaza for vehicle display

  • Advanced digital technology

  • LED lighting and polished concrete floors

  • Customer lounge areas and café

  • Climate-controlled service center
