BURLINGTON, Vermont – Polly (formerly known as DealerPolicy), a leading insurance marketplace for automotive retail, announced it has closed on an acquisition of automotive marketing and analytics company, Driven Data Technology, Inc. 

“This acquisition represents a unique opportunity for us to provide dealers with the solutions they need to drive more profitable growth. As the world continues to evolve at a record pace, access to comprehensive and reliable data and insights, seamlessly integrated across all major systems, is quickly becoming an even bigger priority for many of our dealer clients,” said Travis Fitzgerald, CEO, and founder of Polly. “Our modern technology platform, combined with Driven Data’s proprietary first-party analytics and audience segmentation, will undoubtedly help dealers convert more sales and service customers, while unlocking new and exciting opportunities in F&I.”
